Terms and Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“Terms and Conditions”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE

Guest Identification:
All guests must carry valid photo identification (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted as a valid photo ID at many places.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in and check-out times at hotels will be as per the hotel policies, which are generally pre-decided according to operational schedules.

Standard check-in time is 11 PM, and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may attract an additional fee at the property’s discretion.

Group Behavior:
If the behaviour of a group is deemed unfit at the property, the Jonaki Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take necessary action, which may include on-spot cancellation without refunds.

Self-Help Policy:
We follow a self-help policy and do not provide luggage assistance or room services.

Alcohol Consumption:
Alcohol consumption is permitted on the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Outside alcohol consumption is not allowed in dorm rooms and common areas but can be consumed in private rooms.

Children:
Children below 18 years of age are only permitted with their guardians.

Valid Identification:
We only accept government-issued identification as valid identification.

No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tents.

Damage Liability:
Guests will be held responsible for any damage or harm caused to the property by themselves or their guests.

Guest Safety:
Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings during their stay or trip.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

To cancel or reschedule your plans, kindly utilize our website. We do not accept cancellation or rescheduling requests via phone or email. The cancellation conditions and refund amount are specified on the respective pages, adhering to our policy. Once the cancellation is processed, the agreed-upon refund will be initiated, typically taking 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account. Please note that requests for rescheduling or cancellations made on the scheduled date will not be accommodated.

Cancellation charges are as follows:
0-2 days: No refund
3-10 days: 400/- per head per day
11 days and above: 300/- per head per day

Reschedule

For rescheduling requests to be considered, it is necessary to make full payment of the booking fee. After deducting any applicable charges, the remaining amount will be stored in your respective account as wallet credit. This credit can only be utilized for future bookings and cannot be used in conjunction with any other services during your stay at any of our destinations. Please note that the rescheduled wallet amount is non-refundable. The wallet credit will remain in your account indefinitely, without any specific time limit for its utilization.
Rescheduling charges are as follows:
0-3 days: 300/- per head per day
4-30 days and above: 200/- per head per day
In the event of cancellation due to natural disasters, COVID-19, or harsh weather conditions, home stays and camps located in remote regions must make preparations for guests’ stays well in advance. The booking amount is 100% refundable if the cancellation is made 15 days prior to the commencement or check-in date. No refund will be applicable for cancellations made within 15 days from the date of trip commencement or check-in.
